Cristina is an expert in intercultural communication. For 20 years she has been coaching and training teams and individuals who work and live internationally.

The focus of her approach is to jointly explore and deploy resources that promote and realize communication potential. What is important to Cristina is to go beyond methods and techniqueslearned and cultivate true(self) awareness giving space to agile communication rooted in holistic perspectives.

As a coach and trainer, Cristina partners with international companies and institutions and both prepares and accompanies their executives and spouses and other family members for their new life situation.

To this end she designs customized formats in the areas of Intercultural Communication, Language Coaching and Dealing with Diversity & Ambiguity.

Since 2020, she has also been active as a grief counselor. As a group leader of TrauBe Köln, Cristina Ramalho accompanies relatives of grieving children.
